What Happens After You Submit This Form
A member of our team will reach out within one business day to schedule a short discovery call. We’ll discuss your current workflows, identify where an assessment or pilot makes sense, and outline clear next steps — no obligation.
That first call is deliberately low-pressure. We’re not asking you to commit to an engagement before we’ve even understood your workflows — we’re asking for 20–30 minutes to hear what’s currently slowing your team down, whether that’s prior authorization delays, a growing denial rate, or a payment posting backlog that never quite clears. From there, we’ll tell you honestly whether an AI Readiness Assessment, a focused pilot, or a different starting point makes the most sense for where you are today.
If your situation is more urgent — for example, a denial backlog that’s actively affecting cash flow — let us know in the message field, and we’ll prioritize scheduling a call accordingly rather than defaulting to standard turnaround.
Get in Touch
Whether you’re exploring AI for the first time or looking to fix a stalled automation effort, we’re happy to talk through where you are today.
We hear from a wide range of organizations — hospital revenue cycle departments, medical billing companies, pharma hub and patient support services, and health-tech companies that need independent model validation. Wherever you fall on that list, the first conversation looks the same: we want to understand your specific situation before we recommend anything.
We also work with organizations that aren’t yet ready for a full engagement but want an informal conversation to understand what’s possible — there’s no minimum size or volume requirement to reach out, and plenty of our long-term clients started with exactly that kind of exploratory conversation. However you reach us, expect a direct, specific response rather than a generic sales follow-up, because the point of that first conversation is to figure out, together, whether and how we can actually help.
What to Have Ready Before You Reach Out
You don’t need a polished business case to talk to us — a rough sense of the problem is enough to start. That said, a few details help us make the first call more useful.
It helps to know roughly which workflow is causing the most pain today (prior auth, denials, payment posting, or something else), an approximate monthly volume for that workflow, and whether you’ve tried any automation or AI tools for it previously. If a prior attempt didn’t work out, knowing what specifically fell short is often the most useful piece of information you can bring to the conversation.
It’s also useful, though not required, to have a general sense of your current systems — which practice management or billing platform you use, and whether your team has any existing integrations or APIs already in place. That said, if you don’t have this information readily available, we can walk through it together on the discovery call rather than asking you to prepare it in advance.
